Healing on all levels!
At the Wholistic Wellness Clinic & Spa, we strive to help people better understand the importance of the mind/body connection to their health care. We believe a wholistic approach to wellness is necessary. Typically, you see that word spelled “holistic” rather than “wholistic.” The latter more accurately reflects what we do at Wholistic Wellness Clinic & Spa. We look at the whole person (not the “hole”) and then craft a treatment plan.
As a chiropractic clinic our philosophy is to help people with wellness. Our Mission is to help you regain your inner strength, physically, emotionally and nutritionally. We want to help you be the BEST you can be.
Wholistic Wellness is a fee-for-service practice. We will provide the insurance forms you need to submit to your insurance provider, if you choose. For specific service fees, please call 319.365.1141.

Julie Seckman - Clinical Nutritionist and Fitness Professional
Throughout my life, fitness and nutrition have been my driving force—the reason behind my decision to pursue athletic training at San Diego State University as well as to become an ACE-Gold Certified Health and Fitness Specialist, Golf Conditioning Coach and Nutrition Specialist. It also led to Dr. Cooper and I developing our new nutrition and diet protocol, based on Nutrition Response Testing ™. My passion continues to grow as I witness patients improve their quality of life by incorporating nutritional supplements, dietary changes and fitness into their daily routine. I feel blessed to be part of an organization that helps people to feel better.
Pam Wilson - Office Assistant
I have been associated with Dr. Cooper for over 20 years, as a patient and a past/present employee. I believe in taking charge of your health. I have found Wholistic Wellness to benefit my needs for my own wellness. I had back surgery over 20 years ago and have been able to exercise and go about my daily life with monthly adjustments and various other services that we offer here at the office. I am blessed to work here and am excited about all the services and products we provide to help our patients. Our staff is friendly and so nice to work with and very helpful to everyone.
Barb Klimesh - Office Assistant
I have come to find a home here at Wholistic Wellness Clinic after working in the health care industry for 30 years. Personally, I have always implemented a healthy lifestyle in which makes working here a pleasure; I know that I can help guide others towards living a healthy, holistic lifestyle as well. My lifestyle change came when I completed a fitness competition in 2006, between a strict diet and a challenging workout regimen, I propelled my life forward allowing it to become what it is today. Everyday, I come into work and learn something new; Wholistic Wellness allows me to better my profession and myself while increasing my knowledge of the holistic world of medicine.
My main job at the Clinic is to maintain balance in the office area. To do so, I work with clients directly, with insurance companies, manage general office matters, and strive to set an example of healthy and holistic living in my workplace.
As a Clinic, we strive to help you find your inner connection between the mind and the body. I understand that this connection can develop at a different pace for every individual. Please, let me know if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions about how our team can help you to reach that connection in your life.
