Many artificial sweeteners are highly processed and have been linked to issues involving the gut, brain, nervous system, cravings, headaches, mood, and inflammation. Over time, these ingredients may place additional stress on the body.

Some common sweeteners to watch for on labels:

⚠️ Sucralose
⚠️ Saccharin
⚠️ Ace-K
